The Gîte
The gîte at Le Mas de Maupas is a self-catering 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday accommodation formed of the West wing of the main Farmhouse. Sleeps 6.
Property Details: The upper floor contains 3 twin bedrooms, one being the master-bedroom which has en-suite with shower, washbasin & wc. The upper floor also contains a separate shower room with basin & wc which is shared by the the other two rooms, both of which have a west facing balcony. on the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining area that has oven with ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer. This is the oldest room in the property and retains the original provencale tiles and many features of the old Farmhouse. The kitchen opens into the salon at one end. The south end of the gîte opens into a small courtyard with an ancient working well. The west facing side of the gîte has french windows from the salon, which open out onto a covered terrace and into the 3 hectare grounds beyond. Terms & Conditions: No smoking in the building. Guests are expected to clean the gîte before they depart and should leave it in the same condition as when they arrived. Guests can check in from 4pm onwards and should check out before 10am on the agreed departure day. For insurance reasons the gîte is strictly for accommodating a maximum of 6 people only. If additional accommodation is required we have one twin room with separate shower room/wc on the ground floor of the main farmhouse. This can be made available for ‘chambres d’hotes’ bed & breakfast but is dependent on availability so please enquire in advance. Sleeps 2.
Apart from these we have no rules and regulations. Enjoy yourselves and try not to damage anything! Pets are welcome but we have two dogs of our own and they are not used to cats!
